I had the opportunity back in March to second shoot a wedding with Christine at Daring Tales of Darling Bones. The wedding took place at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY which is an absolutely gorgeous venue. The flowering trees and spring flowers added so much color and beauty to the area which also has lots of industrial appeal. The interesting thing about this wedding was that the bride and groom do not live in Kentucky and neither did the majority of their guests. They found a lovely place to "meet in the middle" and the people that were at the wedding were among their very best friends and loved ones. The bride wore a hunter green dress and created her floral bouquet out of felt. They gave away bottles of Buffalo Trace bourbon to their wedding party and sipped Kentucky Ale while they got ready. It was a new experience for me to second shoot and Christine made the day very pleasant and not at all stressful. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future.
