Wedding details are an important aspect of your wedding day plans. All these little items help to tell your story. They tie in the elements of your wedding and lend to the overall “look” of your wedding day. In the photos, they add lots of pretty and it’s a way to look at each item individually for what its true value is. When you look back at your album, they add to the theme of your wedding day whether your vision is classic, boho, vintage or rustic. These items may even be vital to the story of your life as some brides use details that were their grandmother’s or even belonged to a loved one that has passed. When you choose a perfume to wear on your wedding day, that scent will forever be etched in your memory. Your invitations are the first thing that your guests experience regarding your wedding and they set the tone. Your rings are a symbol of the love and commitment that you share as a couple. All of these things should be captured in the most beautiful way possible so that when you look back years from now, you’ll remember what a special time in your life that was.
It’s best to have all of your wedding day details together in one location for your photographers. When we arrive, we go to work to capture all of these sweet little things. If you have them together, it will save the photographers times as well as saving you stress. Sometimes it’s hard to think of all the details that you should gather for the wedding day. We’ve compiled a list of items that you might consider including.
Rings (Keep them all with you until after the detail shots are completed)
Bridal bouquet (Have the bouquet delivered to where you’re getting ready if possible)
Bible/Special book for ceremony readings
Jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.
Your “Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Blue”
Gifts (Bridesmaids, Bride, Groom, Groomsmen, Parents)
